We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on the page as real as possible. However, as there are so many different computer monitors on your home computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet…, we cannot guarantee that your monitor shows the real colors.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, we will offer you a similar product or you are entitled to a full refund.

AND_i wants to ensure to have absolute satisfied customers. We accept Products not worn, not used or damaged and only in perfect condition for a full refund as set out below and in the original unused packaging.

Check out the steps below:

1. You must notify AND_i of your intentions to return the products within 2 days (48 hours) after ordering.
2. Once you get feedback from AND_i, products must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
3. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches AND_i. For the customer’s own protection, AND_i recommends that you send the parcel using a professional delivery service that insures the value of the goods. We can highly recommend to work with FEDEX.
4. The costs of returning the products are the customer’s responsibility.

With exchanges, your new products will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the returning package and any additional payment which is required.

To use all of the services made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is correct.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

All prices are inclusive sales taxes of Austria, quoted in Euro.

All your parcels are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from AND_i to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.
We insure each parcel during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customers delivery address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, the insurance is no longer covered by us.
Property Rights and Copyrights: all Products on this AND_i website, samples, catalogs, brochures, illustrations, etc. shall remain my intellectual property. The customer shall not receive any usage or explanation rights!

Any claims for compensation under Article 12 of the Austrian Product Liability Act are excluded, unless the claimant can prove that the defect has been caused within my sphere of responsibilities and was the result of at least gross negligence.

In case of minor negligence, all claims for damages against us are excluded. It shall be the obligation of the claimant to prove the existence of minor and/or gross negligence.

Minor or otherwise just and reasonable changes to the work and/or delivery conditions shall be deemed to be agreed ex ante. This shall apply in particular for deviations contingent upon the business at hand (e.g. with measurements, color or texture).

The place of performance shall be the registered office of my company.

Should any part of these general terms and conditions be rendered or declared wholly or partly invalid or inexecutable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
