All materials are especially skin-compatible. No nickel or plumb added.

Can allergic reactions be caused through anodized Aluminum?

NO, in all the years working with Aluminum I saw no case and heard from no case.

Is AND_i jewelry fair produced?

As we are a small label, we do not have these certificates.

But we can guarantee you that we do not produce in china or other countries without any human rights, we do not want to destroy our planet, we do not exhaust kids or adults. Most of the pieces are produced in Austria, a small part we produce in Bangkok / Thailand, where we can guarantee top labor conditions and fair wages.

We visit our production every 1-2 years, which we can combine with a nice holiday on the islands in the south of Thailand.

Are the pieces coming in a nice box?

Yes, all jewelry and accessories will be, depending on the size and form, wrapped in Satin bags covered in a simple branded jewelry box.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

NO, you can easy shop at AND_i without creating an account.

But, if you register, it will make shopping easier in the future for you, like:

  1. Tracking the orders
  2. review past purchases
  3. Save your address and card details so you can shop even easier next time
How do I make a purchase?
  1. You must notify AND_i of your intentions to return the products within 2 days (48 hours) after ordering.
  2. Once you get feedback from AND_i, products must be returned within 14 days of the date of the return request. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
  3. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches AND_i. For the customer’s own protection, AND_i recommends that you send the parcel using a professional delivery service that insures the value of the goods. We can highly recommend to work with FEDEX.
  4. The costs of returning the products are the customer’s responsibility.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

We accept PayPal, credit card, direct debit SEPA, invoice and pre-payment.  All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by our  reliable payment service provider, Novalnet AG, responsible for carrying out the payments.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery time for all Items is in principle between 2 and 5 working days, depending on when and where the customer requires the order to be shipped. We offer a free shipping service with Fedex from €150.

Is my package insured?

All your parcels are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from AND_i to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

We insure each parcel during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customers delivery address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, the insuance is no longer covered by us.

Do I need to sign for my order?

To ensure that your parcels arrive safely and in top condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders.

We are unable to approve for packages to be delivered without any signature.

How much import duties and taxes do I have to pay?

If you order our products for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on each countries laws.

Does AND_i ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

How can i track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including your fedex tracking number.

Can I get a unique design?

Yes, you can. Let us know your ideas, we will send you a quote.

How do I return or exchange a product?

AND_i wants to ensure to have absolute satisfied customers. We accept products not worn, not used or damaged and only in perfect condition for a full refund as set out below and in the original unused packaging.

Does AND_i offer a repairs service?
